In hindi sentence when we see चूका था , चुकी थी, चुके थे, then it is called past perfect tense.

In english sentence when we use HAD + V3 then it is called past perfect tense.

Simple sentence - subj +had +V3 +object +.

Negative sentence - subj + had +not +V3 +object +.

Interrogative sentence - Had + subj + V3 +object + ?

Interrogative negative sentence - Had +subj + not + V3+object+?

Ramkrishna had reached my college.

Vinay had washed your curtains.

Rohan and Golu had smoked daily when they study in college.

Reena had a beautiful girl.

Reena had made a curtain.
