PAST PERFECT CONTINUES


                Perfect continuous 

IN ending of Hindi sentence when we see से रहा था, से रहे थे, से रही थी then it is called past perfect continuous tense.

In english sentence when we use HAD + been +V1+ ing +Since/for +time. then it is called past perfect continuous tense.

Simple sentences - Subj +had +been +V1+ing +object+ since/for+time.

Negative sentence -Subj +had +not +been +V1+ing +object+since/for+time.

Interrogative sentence - Had +Subj +been +V1+ing+object+since/for+time+?


Rakesh had been reading a book since 2 o'clock.

Ramesh had not been washing his cloth for 2 hours.

Had Reena been coming my home for 3 hours?

Had RAM not been asking my home since 3 o'clock ?
